I mean... I get it, a little? He's been here this whole time, knowing people were trying to get answers, and not being straight with us. I was frustrated with them for a while, too, and it is kind of annoying to hear we could've learned from the source all along.
...But it's harder knowing the old god apparently just bailed without giving him any real help.
No reason why it shouldn't, right? They have the entity and Mary trapped. All we need to do is find Ariel, and that can't be that hard with all of our powers back.
